As an independent distributor, we make use of every opportunity to ensure quality: starting from our complex in-house Supplier Relationship Management system, to our inspection and verification of all materials received by us in our warehouse.
Microscopic inspection
“Don’t entertain counterfeit products”! Not every product is purchased against Certificate of Conformity. Therefore microscopic inspection is important, and following is our visual inspection process.
1. Visual inspection to ensure packaging, label, and components to conform with the original manufacturer specifications.
2. Datasheet comparison
3. Microscopic inspection checks Factory Original condition of each components to conform with the original manufacturers specifications.
4. Acetone testing to ensure all component markings are compliant with the original manufacturer’s specifications.
5. Dimension validation
Any of the above inspection failed, product is flagged as non-conforming material and placed in quarantine.
Quality Control: Quality is the overarching theme of our business
X-ray inspection: With our X-Ray Testing capability, we inspect the internal die to verify the authenticity of the component and confirm that all components are original and consistent with the original manufacturer specifications.
